My rollercoaster experience!
This hotel is an oasis of calm, with really good staff, exquisite rooms, and excellent food options. The butler service.
While my arrival was cute, the room's initial cleanliness was subpar with missing amenities. Unfortunately, the service was not as reliable as expected.

Great choice for trip. Fantastic breakfast, marvellous views, excellant location not far from the different neighborhoods. Exquisite and huge room, had a really nice stay on a business trip. Large bed and highly courteous and very attentive stuff. Great pool, parking onsite. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

Oasis of hospitality in the city
I was continually impressed by the staff's attention to detail, made each day special. The butler service was fantastic. I remember waking each morning to delicious, aromatic lattes delivered right on time.
I did notice that some amenities could use improvement, particularly the room's carpet. The lobby was a bit cramped, lacking comfortable seating.
